Recently we've come across some clearly junk posts, and won't even be linking to them from here because they don't deserve the attention, that claim unnamed "experts" believe blogging is a waste of effort for most small businesses.

- Blogs help establish brand. Your company blog can set the tone for your company whether you're a giant global corporation or a mom and pop down the street.
- Blogs establish expertise. If your blog establishes what you know about a topic, who else would customers choose to deal with?
